They have numerous primary doctor and I have changed my primary doctors to find one aligned to my personality. My endocrinologist, Dr. Racine, is one of the best I've had in 35 years-important when you have a rare condition. I also have gone to the Urgent Care, the lab to have blood drawn and have worked with three staff at the front desk, when you check in and in all the associated offices and have had only excellent and caring services by the staff. I went to see Dr David Patterson right after I had surgery to remove a tumor. It was really weird, he repeatedly said things a certain way - trying to trigger me- I was really puzzled. The way he said is very unique- which made me pay attention. Dr. David Patterson - as my doctor- I trusted him. Told him personal things about me. He's my Doctor- everything' I told him myself he weaponized it and used against me. I was seeing a psychiatrist. ( They are totally useless; don't bother. She had recommendations about treatment - and Evergreen shut it down . Part of my treatment was getting another Doctor- not David Patterson. They said I would have fill out paperwork and a board would review it. I have top- tier insurance. That is unacceptable. I heard this weird feeling about Dr. David Pay. My Husband wrote me admitting he got in touch with my Doctor- him pretended he was a Doctor saying how I was dangerous and fleeing from the law in California. Not true . Not hard to find out. I was unstable, I was dangerous around children- etc. etc. I had to say something- because it is wrong. Dr David Patterson shared private HIPA information with a person he didn't know over the phone. Then used it against me without verifying it. There were so many problems with this facility- from making appointments to Paying the bills.I don't know what I'm going to do next. I was a fragile patient , recovering from Cancer Sx, and he purposefully made my life so hard. Until I was able to pull myself out of it- at first blaming myself. Doctors I have now are straightening this out for me in my head thoughts. He horribly gas lighted me. Was stupid enough to believe some voice of a person know, using information against me that wasn't even true. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I have proof now.

She never introduced herself or did any AIDET. (Acknowledge, Introduce, duration, explanation, thank you) Dr. Natalie Jones asked her to do orthostatic vitals. I am a nurse and so I know that orthostatic vitals are vitals done lying, sitting and then standing 5 minutes apart. The nurse? did them less than 1 minute apart. The doctor came back in, in less than 5 minutes and said her orthostatic vitals were negative. Really? Are you sure about that? How can you be sure since they were done incorrectly? And made a diagnosis based on an exam that was performed wrong and didn't even catch the fact that it should have been at least 15 minutes to do that test. Highly disappointed.

I brought my daughter in first thing in the morning, not for an appointment but to ask a question pertaining to getting a COVID-19 test for her. We were received by the COVID screener who directed us to the clinic window were we patiently waited about ten minutes for the receptionist to finish her phone conversation and slide the window open. The first thing I noticed the receptionist was wearing her mask below her nose, not proper use of PPE. I politely asked her about getting an order for a COVID test for my daughter and she went a little sideways on us, she took a tone and related that my daughter shouldn't even be in the building and that we should have stayed in our car and called in from the parking lot, granted my daughter wanted a C-19 test but she wasn't showing any symptoms but believed she was exposed to it. Receptionist said that it had to be four days after exposure to get a test and also that they wouldn't do the test there and that I would have to take my daughter some where else. In my opinion, not a good example to be setting when your preaching COVID protocols and at the same time your not properly wearing your mask.
