The DJ came up and introduced his self to me, offered me a schedule of the night's events so I knew where to be and when. This was incredibly helpful to know where to set up my gear and everything. He was a very nice gentleman and was very passionate about his work. He stayed longer than the time he had scheduled, did a great job of hyping the crowd and had an excellent selection of music. He was also very accepting of the fact that the couple showed up late and that everything was susceptible to change, he did not get frustrated or let it bother him. She was super responsive, explained everything clearly, and was prepared to answer any questions I had as I've never hired a bartending service before. When we met the day of our event she and her assistant were super kind and easy to talk to. They got set up quickly and we didn't have to worry about anything bar wise the entire event! When they had down time they cleared empty drinks and restocked. When it came time to clean up they handled all the alcohol for us so all we had to do is load the extra into our car. Let me say, what a disappointment in service and value. What I expected to see when I went to funeral was NOT what was there. I paid $260 cash and I saw this 18" inch wreath of daisies- could not see any greenery. I called immediately after funeral with my concerns and was told that I would receive a call back to discuss. I did NOT get a call back, and while i did reached back out to shop (co-owner) and reiterated my disappointment; she explained to me that they thought in their opinion "it was beautiful" in her opinion, and explained they also put an addition ($50) into the wreath described above. NO WAY!! PLEASE, BUYERS-BEWARE!!!!!!!!
