Initial encounter resulted from water pouring out of the apartment ceiling and an inability to contact the landlord. Pulled out the yellow pages (yes they still exist) and saw their full page add.
Called them up and they came in. Ripped out part of the ceiling and wall in the kitchen to assess the problem. First guy correctly deduced that it was likely a clog and/or an issue with the upstairs neighbors toilet gasket but left because he did not have parts.
Next day he brought parts and did... something then left. He also left crap all over the floor, stove and cabinets. Ceiling pieces, dirt from the ceiling, dirt form his shoes, etc.
Short of it is that it took two more attempts for their technicians to actually fix the problem completely and they left a mess each time. The last time they left the floor muddy and a puddle of sewage water in the basement as well as crap water on the walls. When we called the company they said they did not do that and we would have to call a separate cleaning service to come in clean and sanitize the space.
Will not use their service again ever. read more
