Waited. Waited. Waited. Not speedy. Waited an hour. Horrible service. Unprofessional staff. Filthy waiting area. Just a very bad experience. I usually go to dealership for oil changes that are included in my auto contract, but went over the mileage and had to just get it done. Never again. read more

Horrible service!!! Walked in for oil change the owner literally passed me by three times didn't even acknowledge me ... i tried to get his attention just to even tell why I was there but he just kept walking by. He kept going into the room and staying there for 10 minutes. (Maybe taking lunch ) I walked in at 11:25 and I just left at 11:50 without even acknowledging that I was there!!! Horrible horrible horrible service!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Asked me what kind of oil do I need so I told him I don't know whatever oil it recommends so he told me I need to know what oil needs to go in the car in order for him to put it in so I told him he's the professional he's recommend the oil I need needless to say I told him if you don't know what you're doing I'd rather go elsewhere and he said fine go elsewhere read more

Dude who answered the phone had an attitude when I asked for the cost of a synthetic oil change. Told me to just bring it in now while it's not busy or go somewhere else. How funny is it that I'm just now reading the reviews about how horrible this place is. The complaints about bad oil changes gave me all the confirmation I needed. From what I've read, these "mechanics" will destroy your car & don't know what they're doing. AVOID this place. You've been warned. read more

Took my car in to get an oil change. The guy there talks me into getting an Engine Flush, which I agreed to. Got my car back in about 30 minutes, everything was fine, but I noticed a blinking sensor light and thought nothing of it. Got home, then my wife goes out to start the car, and it wouldn't start. They spilled oil into my starter and killed it. Had to spend another $140 for a starter; my brother put it in for me. Never going back there again. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This place forgot to tighten the oil plug which directly leads to the engine seizing on my 2015 car. The owner, Guy Shmuel, not only lied to me regarding the liability insurance he has (so that I can file a claim with his policy against over $3000 in damages) but has now completely stopped picking up phone calls and responding to messages. This is no way to conduct business. Mistakes happen and if he was to take responsibility, I would have let this slide. If you want your car destroyed, but these "mechanics" go ahead, otherwise, I would suggest you stay away from this location and every other location that Guy Shmuel owns! read more

Awful carwash and oil change. They ripped me off by over charging me on the car wash. Premium but no wax came out. Then when i got oil change they didnt put either the oil filter or gasket on right and i was leaking oil. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!! read more

Stay away from this place! I changed the oil, and in 2 hours it leaked. The workers forgot to tighten the filter. I could have lost my car because of someone's stupid mistake. I will not visit this place anymore. I highly recommend not to use services of this place. read more

They changed my oil today I asked them to check oil level but they don't want to check it. They told me I have to check so it was low then they add more quart oil it was little high. They are not professional. when they give you receipts it says all the fluids were checked but they don't check any of them read more

When arriving to speedy lube, I requested to have a oil change completed on my 2013 Subaru legacy. I was then encouraged to have my transmission flushed so I agreed. With the total being 205$ on 4/19/19. I asked how long the process would be and the assured me "it would take no time". I then noticed the man working on my car using jumper cables to start my car, I asked what the problem was and he said "bad battery". Up until this point I have never had an issue with my battery, or anything for that matter. I made sure my car was able to turn on and off then I left the shop. Only a few minutes down the road my oil late began flashing. I went back to the shop to find they HAD NOT actually put any oil in my car, which if I have not returned could have ruined my car for good. The men began arguing in front of my small child, screaming and scaring her which is absolutely unacceptable. When I asked for my money back I was told to "call the cops and sue me" I have asked multiple times to speak to a manager in which I was told "no manager is here" it is now 4/22/19 and I have every light flashing on my dashboard and something terrible wrong with my car with no response from this AWFUL establishment. read more

My friend's car overheated, the anti freeze leaked, and her car started smoking. A guy named "Musa" did everything else but solve the problem. He's had her car from June 17th until present time and nothing has been done. She's spent approximately $250+ almost every visit with him, and her car still hasn't been fixed. After one of her visits two days later, her car overheated again! She's basically wasted my money for nothing. This is the location in Philadelphia. read more

I go way out of my way to come here. Out in about 20 minutes TOPS. Every time. Beats the price of other places ahem (Pep Boys) by a long shot. $48 and change including tax for synthetic vs $75 at the "other" places. That's quite the difference! AND it used to include a car wash. They had a fire in the car wash so it's closed down right now. read more

Took my car in for a routine oil change. Caught them putting the wrong oil in. They drained that and put synthetic in. As I leave the oil light comes on and my engine is running rough and making noises. I go back and they start telling me they don't hear anything and that it isn't their problem. Realizing that it was getting later in the day, I left and went to a mechanic around the corner. They found that speedy lube threw away part of my oil cap that is needed for the oil pressure. I had to get another oil change and buy the replacement part. Had i kept driving, my engine would have burnt up. The mechanic told me having speedy lube around the corner is almost a blessing because they get a lot of business because of the poor work that speedy lube does. I will be contacting the BBB. Spend your money elsewhere. These people should be ashamed. read more

Warning Do Not Get Service Done Here!!!! I visited the business to get my oil changed. Although they did change the oil and filter they did nothing else. I paid and was handed a receipt stating they check my tires, trans, wipers, coolant, and washer fluid. They did none of that!!!!! when I asked for the manager her gave me attitude and went over the car with me. He checked the tires and found that they were not done. He tries to tell me the trans fluid was check by the tech so when we asked the tech to check it again he didn't know where the trans stick was, he had to ask the manager. After proving my point that this work was not done. The manager asked that I take my cars to Jiffy Lube, I was even mean, loud, or disruptive I was just a customer that wanted what I paid for and what was advertised. This place is the worst and I recommend to you if you decide to go there watch them and check your receipt. They are liars and they have really bad customer service. Give your money to a business that cares and is truthful. This is not it....... read more

First time visit to get my oil changed. My car's oil changed was completed in about 20 minutes. The price was also very reasonable.

I've been taking my car here for oil changes for years because the service is quick and prices are good. The last few oil changes I noticed my car would be completely empty of oil much sooner then the next service date sticker on my car. I always ask for the mobile 5000 or high mileage, but who knows what they put in. My friends have been complaining as well. I don't know if ownership changed, but I will not be taking my car here again. read more

I have been going to Speedy Lube for years. For the most part, I have been pleased. However, since I have encountered this one employee there and experienced his rotten attitude with me as a customer. I won't be back. read more

This used to be my favorite car wash, quick and cheap and they did a great job. Now they have automated machines for payment and it's a total cluster f**k. People can't use them, money sticks, the machine malfunctions. Now that the guysnfont accept the cash and don't get tipped, the don't go over your car with the brush before it rolls through. It's just not worth it anymore. read more

Have brought my car here for a few years until recently. When they changed my oil, they stripped the oil pan causing all the oil to leak out of my car! I had my car repaired somewhere else and it cost me almost $750.00. When i went back to speedy lube they refused ti reimburse me for something that was clearly their fault. I would recommend not using this business at all!! read more

I don't recommend them at all they broke my drain plug and do not want to take any responsibility. One can not even have a conversation with them as they are unreasonable. They do not do quality work and don't replace filters as they say they are. BEWARE! read more
