Prior to the tree planting, they call to have the utility lines marked so that there are no issues. On the day of install, they were quick and left no trace that they were there other than the new tree. They fertilized and mulched the new tree. Hentges Tree Service was was supposed to be clearing the power line right of way that runs through…read moremy property. The crew left fence gaps open that would have allowed my cattle to get out to the public road, they cut trees that were several yards off the right of way, left trees they cut in my fields, drove their machines over fields and trees when there was no need to. When I contacted the company about the damages I was told they were not interested in talking about it. 9 months later I still have brush laying in my fields and they have not finished clearing the right of way.

He told my wife that we were responsible for replacing it at a $150 cost. She told him we are not responsible if he breaks a tool and that we would not pay it. He said that if she wouldn't pay him, he would take us to court. He refused to finish cutting the larger trunk pieces and left due to an emergency.
