To whom it may concern, I'm extremely disappointed to be writing this, especially after the previous issue with my order that resulted in a $25 credit. It's both frustrating and unacceptable that my very next order was also incorrect. I placed Order #27234 for a Smoked Brisket Burger with Onion Rings, but instead received an All American Cheeseburger with fries. If I had wanted a cheeseburger and fries, I would have ordered them. Not only did I receive the wrong entrée and side, but the portion of fries was also very disappointing. On top of that, there was a piece torn off the bun--which is not only unappetizing but completely unacceptable from a quality standpoint. At this point, a credit is no longer acceptable. I want a full refund for this order. Replacing items with what you think is "close enough" is not a solution--it's a disservice to your customers. I did not receive what I paid for, and I will not continue to tolerate this lack of care or attention. I am no longer interested in using your service and will be sharing my experience publicly--including submitting a report to the BBB and contacting local newspapers. Also, I tried calling the number you provided to contact you about the order. After being on hold for five minutes, the call just disconnected. The email was also not a valid contact. Convenient, don't you think? It's incredibly frustrating to deal with poor service on top of an already messed-up order. Amanda Cheek

Me not clarifying which salsa has nothing to do with how they completely messed up this order.

Both burritos contained "salsa". I ordered only one with salsa. The salsa on the side and the salsa inside the burritos were different.

There are a variety of cheese cakes, which come in thick slices and big beautiful cookies of mini varieties. I had a thick slice of vanilla, raspberry cheesecake, a big vanilla icing cookie and a chocolate chip cookie With a cup of coffee. The iced vanilla cookie was my favorite. The coffee was nothing special because it was just a K cup from a Keurig machine. The 20 ounce cup of coffee was five dollars. I do think it was all a bit pricey for a dessert but if you want to splurge it is definitely a cute place to try.

If you can't find what you want in stock, the owner will be happy to order it for you. All told, this is a great place to stop in for distilled spirits.

Of course you'll have to pick through and discard shells, but experienced people will appreciate the fact that most of the work is already done!! Thank you Sasnett! By the way, the previous reviewer had issues? Did he contact the business? Those were obviously not crack nuts from this business! When they crack and shell the nuts, your rarely have a nut remaining in even a piece of a shell. At first glance into the bag it will seem as if there are no shells remaining and that the bag appears full of only nuts.
