I am just going to share a copy of the letter that was written to K&G. It perfectly outlines my complaint. To whom it may concern, I'm extremely disappointed to be writing this, especially after the previous issue with my order that resulted in a $25 credit. It's both frustrating and unacceptable that my very next order was also incorrect. I placed Order #27234 for a Smoked Brisket Burger with Onion Rings, but instead received an All American Cheeseburger with fries. If I had wanted a cheeseburger and fries, I would have ordered them. Not only did I receive the wrong entrée and side, but the portion of fries was also very disappointing. On top of that, there was a piece torn off the bun--which is not only unappetizing but completely unacceptable from a quality standpoint. At this point, a credit is no longer acceptable. I want a full refund for this order. Replacing items with what you think is "close enough" is not a solution--it's a disservice to your customers. I did not receive what I paid for, and I will not continue to tolerate this lack of care or attention. I am no longer interested in using your service and will be sharing my experience publicly--including submitting a report to the BBB and contacting local newspapers. Also, I tried calling the number you provided to contact you about the order. After being on hold for five minutes, the call just disconnected. The email was also not a valid contact. Review for the App Upgrade only: The new App is very disappointing. An upgraded App should keep all pertinent information (Name, Address, CC number(s), etc) from the previous App. Having to re-enter everything is a pain. Also, the new App doesn't allow for sorting by Restaurant name, or Searching for a Menu item (only by cuisine). Had a error happen today that was really irritating. My Bill showed a Balance of, $23.73. But, my Credit Card Alert, indicated a charge of, $47.51! Eek! I called KNG, and for some reason, they've implemented a Policy similar to a Gas Station (they "charge" $100.00, but final bill is only $36.50). Something they've never had before. And, because of the new App, I hadn't used it in months. But, when I got a $15.00 Off coupon, I figured why? Yet, for some reason, the Coupon Code, didn't take. Ugh! I called them, and got it (hopefully) resolved. But still, the final charge was $24. something. And, while I'm not 100% sure, despite the Delivery Fees going down (temporary, or permanent? No idea), their Processing Fees have gone up Still, for someone without transportation, this Delivery Service is pretty good. Hopefully, the next order will go through better. KNG delivery absolutely is heartless. I ordered my 101 year old mama the chicken liver meal from The Shrimp Boat. I always select delivery naturally. The delivery did not arrive. I began contacting KNG concerning my issue. I sent 3 messages yesterday and one again this morning. Finally, received a rude message this morning stating my order was pick up. Never ever have I chosen pick up. If I did I would simply drive to the restaurant. Why use a delivery app? Makes no sense to me. And I was denied a refund. We have enjoyed using KNG until last week. We ordered a pizza from Amici Milledgeville. I understand it was a busy night however, it took 2 hours to arrive. Once we did finally receive it, the pizza was covered in ants. I called immediately to let someone know and was actually questioned whether or not we have ants outside of our house as it was contact-less delivery. My husband actually got the pizza off of the porch before the driver had even left our driveway. We were told they could expedite another pizza for us but that they were so busy that it would take another hour to get it. We declined. They did refund us for the pizza BUT we also had gotten fries from Amici so we paid $17 (because of tip and delivery charge and food). Most expensive fries ever. Very disappointed with the customer service. Will not be using them again and highly do not recommend. read more

After taking a break from this establishment for 6 months due to previous errors and unprofessional attitude, I decided to give them another try on Friday. I decided to order Barberitos through KNG Delivery. I ordered two tofu burritos with pinto beans and rice, with salsa on the side and I added multiple cups of chipotle hot sauce and tomatillo sauce as well. I receive my order to find that KNG had Barberitos put tomatoes inside the burritos and they gave me chipotle ranch instead of chipotle hot sauce. As I called and explained the mistakes with my order, I was told that I would be given a call back or they would deliver a replacement. I receive a call 15-20 minutes later to be told she spoke to the KNG manager and Barberitos, and both refused to give me a replacement or a full refund because I was not clear on my instructions about which salsa I wanted, but they would credit me for the incorrect chipotle sauce. 1. I asked for the salsa on the side, regardless of the type of salsa my order was made incorrect because of the directions this company gave. 2. I do not eat chipotle ranch and I should have been offered the appropriate sauce for my order. I contact Barberitos over this incident and the manager (who has made my order perfectly every time I went to their location) and he tells me they will replace them and he was sorry about my experience. When I arrive I ask for the manager and he makes my burritos as I ordered them in the first place, as he's making my burritos I go into more detail about what happened and I tell him KNG informed me that they (Barberitos) refused to replace my order, and he looked shocked. Turns out KNG never contacted Barberitos about the problem! I payed for the delivery, I payed 15% tip and I payed for the sauces, only for them mess up everything and falsely claim the restaurant I ordered from refused to replace my order. I feel as though they did not want to bother with replacing my order or delivering it, which is pure laziness and unprofessional to say the least. Knowing that I paid over $23 for this order (including the tip) and for them to act like this after I have spent over $800 at this establishment is ridiculous. we have been customers for almost two years now but the service has gone. down hill today is second time in last month that we have waited for knock on door to let us know order has arrived when no knock comes we open door to find order on steps. not like they have to climb steps to knock on door all they have to do is reach up its only four steps. guess its time to check out other delivery possibilities in town. Unfortunetly I ordered from this service quite a bit before doordash came to milledgeville. It allways takes twice as long as they say it will and legitimately the THREE times anything showed up less than 20 minutes late it was either incorrect or spilled out in the bag. Ive also heard from multiple people in the restaurant industry that KNG is notorious for late pick ups and when ever they get an order from them they know it's going to be sitting there getting cold. I ordered KNG to get a local Mexican restaurant for lunch before a busy afternoon. My order was placed at 10:30AM and was supposed to arrive by 12:15 at the latest. By 12:30, the driver wasn't even en route to the restaurant yet. The food didn't arrive until 12:45 in the afternoon when I only had 15 minutes to eat. Every time I've ordered through KNG I've had another type of issue, but I don't think I'll be back. read more

I will NEVER use KNG delivery again. They fooled me twice. I used them once about a year ago and after they post the delivery time over 1.5 hours I said I would not use them again. Fast forward a year and we are wanting food delivered again. Guess what? We are over an hour past the scheduled delivery time. Once again. Shame on me, I know. I placed an order for Zaxby's, and my order was entirely wrong. I called about my order being wrong, and they informed me that I would receive a gift card reimbursement WITHIN 24 hours. I never received that, and I called today, and was told that they could not okay that without a supervisor. I said they did not share that with me and they said "Well I am sharing that now." I told them that I either wanted my money back, or I wanted the gift card. They hung up the phone on me. I have reached out via Facebook messenger and email. I also commented my complaint on Facebook, and I see that it was removed and I was blocked from commenting. I called again from another phone because my number was blocked from the first call, and was told that they were 'instructed' to no longer discuss this with me. I was very professional and polite. I have the photos of my food that was incorrect, as well as the receipt. I do not appreciate this. Do not use this service! I put in an online order the night before and needed to change my order. I called the actual business I was ordering from and they told me they had not received my order which was an hour from the delivery time!!! I called KNG which told me my card declined which was confusing. They asked for my card info again which I provided. After 15 min, I received another call KNG stating my card still declined. At this point, I cancelled my order. I then pulled up my online banking account and found not only 1 charge but 2 charges to my account!!! Worst experience ever! read more

I put in an order for 2 hours in advance....restaurant told me they didn't have 2/3 of food I ordered. I told her to cancel it and called number provided. I was told there was no order...no big deal...no charge. Called my bank...they already took it out. Hour later...get an email stating driver is at place....called back...guy was abrupt and said he had to go so they wouldn't fill the order.
