Then he said it had to be replaced for $675.00. He also said the spring should be tightened for another $90.00. I had him replace the entire garage door opener but until I stopped him all he wanted to replace was the drive motor unit. They left the screwn a third closed so we can't even pull our cars After installation wanted to make sure it worked and they told us they don't do electric, left wires hanging and holes in the wall. As you can see on video very shoddy work. not paying them have to hire electrician to come out to hook up the electric which is absolutely ridiculous they said they were a full-service company which they are not!
