HOTFCU did it again. They, specifically Kelsey Z, helped me again today…read more I had applied for a loan on line with HOTFCU. Within 30 mins, Kelsey called me and gave me more information about my loan application. Kelsey then invited me to our Credit Union in Waco to sign and finalize the paperwork for the loan. In 20 mins the loan was complete and I headed home very pleased with our transaction. I have been with HOTFCU in Waco for decades and they have not disappointed yet. Holly K. and Kelsey Z. have watched over my finances over the years and I am very grateful. HOTFCU is very concerned over members and will bend over backwards to help all thier members. I highly recommend HOTFCU and five stars was just not enough. Great job and thank y'all very much.

It's still NOT my job to do the jobs of bankers ect...I'm NOT the one getting paid for it.
