When I got there, she was available, meaning there were no other customers waiting, so she started my paperwork, and during the first 30 to 45 minutes, another customer came, to pay, so Mrs. Sherri was multitasking, she did ask me politely if she could take care of the person quickly, so she did. Then shortly after, another person, to pay also, she took care of it, like I said earlier, she was multitasking, efficiently. Then another party showed up, they needed paperwork done, so she asked them to wait a few minutes, we were almost done with the my process, when this other customer showed up, to pay, but her situation, and/or reason for payment was a very delicate one, can't go into details, out of respect and privacy, but she was having a very tough day. Mrs. Sherri stopped everything, and spent the next hour or so, taking care of this person. Finally, she was able to solve some issues, not all of them, but not because she didn't tried, because she did, 100%, but because it was out of her hands by other reasons beyond her control.
