Far from speedy cash -_- I came for a money order and it took over an hour. It was a large amount for a house rental and I paid in $500 increments. The girl messed up and did the money orders for 16.95 when I said more than once $1595.00 I had over paid her too so then it was a whole issue of them assuming I gave them the wrong amount. Staff was very helpful and professional but upper management is trash went in to cash a check which was verified by both the bank and the university just for upper management to decline cashing the check wanted me to wait a week if you don't trust your employees or the banks verifying or a Verified University why waste peoples time read more

Don't go here. Super slow while you wait in line they chit chat with their co workers behind the window(about 6 of them behind the glass) all while only two windows are open. I stupidly asked for a $2,500.00 loan too! Monica reported balance $2,844.12 as of today 2/9/2019. If I wait and continue making mo. $140.18, (from EVERY payday and not twice a month. Because some pay periods 3 in a month) last payment due 4/6/2022 = $12,753.37, 43-1/2 months (08/2018). Questioned Monica, if I walk in today & pay $2,000 down will my balance be $844.12 or $10,753.37! Monica could not provide an answer until that amount is entered in the computer system and show my then balance. FYI in the three paydays (Co.) in a month my payment taken out totals $420.54!!! Ironically, I took this small loan to purchase a used 2004 car. Ha, ha on me making $420.54 payment for a 2004 used Volkswagon and it's not even new!!!! No my credit is not bad or too low, I was desperate, it was a weekend, I didn't want to go to a local bank for a personal loan which is what I should have done!!! The customer service here is atrocious. Came here to apply for a loan and no eye contact made process took about 20 mins and they finally got to me I got approved and then afterwrD they offered to give me a discount on the interested rate if I provided my insurance and i had left it at home. I was never told I'd get a hard inquiry but that's fine when I came back a day later they Re-inquired me despite getting approved the day prior. And the whole time the second lady was processing my application she kept complaining about wanting to leave and to hand me over somebody else so she could end her shift. Very unprofessional and classless the employees they have here clearly hate their jobs and don't hide it at all read more

This place lacks sense of urgency. If they have 3 tellers with 3 people in line they'll still service one customer at a time. Make sure you dedicate an hour of your day to come here. Not so "speedy" turn around. read more

Been going there for over a year with no issues until recently. My debit card from Opt Plus witch is a Speedy Cash product was cloned and my money was illegally taken from my account. After weeks of so called investigating I still have not been reimbursed and no one seems to care. Opt plus does not care nor does the store manager......so my recommendation is do not use Speedy Cash and be careful about using the Opt Plus card read more

Staff is okay. But I wouldn't go in there to get a big loan. It's absolutely ridiculous. There is no set payment dates so every month the payment is going to be on a different day. I was going to get a loan for 2,600 and if I waited the whole term I would have paid 8,000 dollars in the end. It's not worth it at all they hit my credit if you are struggling for money or you need quick money or anything don't come here they will make it worse. read more
