Called them and the lady, Michelle, explained the process and broke down how everything works. She was very knowledgeable and I was comfortable getting a loan that I can pay back without going into debt. The next time I need a loan I'm hitting up this spot. Thanks to Michelle I was able to get a new tire, oil change and treat myself to a nice meal at some place called BBs.

They are fraud! They lied to my mom who's old and widowed and scammed her out of $500!! The policy…read morewasn't supposed to start until May 9, they went ahead and charged her for 6 months which was total of $2098. When she realized her current insurance company was cheaper, she called back to cancel IN LESS THAN 24hrs and they told her they were only going to give her back $1600. The agent ASHLY who assisted her , lied to her JUST TO GET HER SALE & said that she could cancel at anytime with no penalties! So basically it's like my mom donated $500 to this terrible company for NO SERVICES because the policy wouldn't have started until May 9... we are still in April! !! I spoke to several agents, including manager, and they said that is their fee to start a policy! I've had insurance my entire life, and never have paid a $500 fee just to have an agency find an insurance company for me. With that being said, please make sure that these agents are full transparent when selling you, Insurance!

I have had more than a handful of cases represented by these guys and they have not won a single…read moreone. Most were settlements, the one that went to court was a loss. So why do I keep paying these guys? Because they don't cost an arm and a leg and they let you do payment plans. And for that, I get to personally stay out of the courtroom. But let's talk about the real problem here. And that is, crooked corporations like MCM and LVNV and all of the other douchebag places can buy up our debt for pennies on the dollar then sue us for a large sum of money they never even lent us. They make billions from our hardships using the court system against us as their own personal enforcers and unfortunately the courts seem all too willing to play along. That needs to change and there is a petition to get this started (link below.) If you are sick of this crooked system and the laws that allow it, please sign the petition below. It might take awhile, but if enough of us get tired of this and raise our voices, we can stop their Easy Street meal ticket! https://www.change.org/p/stop-predatory-debt-buyers-from-robbing-americans-blind-for-pennies-on-the-dollar
