Little did I know he was swooping back around to actually turn in when he was almost completely through the intersection and almost hit me. He then proceeded to follow me in the parking lot while I was walking in to the store yelling and shouting things at me about how I can't drive and I should lose my license. Over the next month, they periodically did not have a driver available at the required pickup time and showed up late. In the last two weeks they completely stranded her. I get a call 10 minutes before the pickup time that they "have no drivers", which is not helpful as I live in Toronto and cannot find anyone to take her on such short notice. This company advertised 24x7 service in Grimsby, but it appears they can't actually provide that level of service. it also seems that the drivers get to choose whether to take a fare or not, so some are choosing not to accept the fare even though it was prebooked several months ago. I have called in several times and requested that a manager or supervisor contact me, and no one ever calls back. I strongly recommend staying away from this company as they seem to feel that actually being able to provide the service is out of their control.
