I've tried going back to Holiday a few times these past 2 years and every time something is wrong…read more Most times theres no creamer or the timers on the coffee have been counting up for 2+hours (meaning they are 2 hours over the time they should be switched out) and today i was rudely told "I dont have that" while the cashier threw his hands up and refused my money. I understand that a 100 dollar bill isnt the easiest change to make but what if i had pumped already? Would i be expected to magically have a smaller bill? Also, being a former employee i happen to know that there is more than enough change to break a 100 dollar bill. Sorry Holiday, but Super America on 1st does "have that" and broke my 100 dollar bill.

I purchased a full tank of premium gas from this gas station and my car started running very poorly…read moreshortly after. I contacted the owner to investigate the issue and he claimed the gas was ok. I filed a complaint with the state and they sampled the gas from the pump and found water present. I had the car towed to the dealer (Audi dealer in Minneapolis) who also found water in the tank. I presented the repair bill and fact to the owner and he refused to correct the problem. Buyer beware!

Worse help ever ! Went to pick up some pictures saw 3 ladies down an ayo where clearly they saw me…read morestanding at the photos department no one went to help me. One of the ladies was a manager ( I knew that since she had previously helped me with my first photo pick up ) 20 mins passed and finally that same manager went towards the photo department looked around and asked me if I was there to pick up my second set of pictures I had placed I told her "yes" Me assuming she was going to assist me I didn't ask her to help me .... she said okay, and left ( I was thinking she was going to go call someone to help me .... no one came ) she went back to chat with the other two ladies down the hall laughing and joking around they were ... once again I waited an other 15 minutes and finally a lady came up to me and asked me if I needed help (not one of the ladies that were down the hall from where I was ). WORST customer service experience ever ! Never have I had an issue like this with Walgreens and that's why I used to love Walgreens over any other store to do some quick errands but now I'm debating to continue giving them business if this is the way they act with their loyal customers !
