We knew the battery on our car was dead but he said he was gonna show up the next day but when he changed it and said he was showing up in 25 minutes we were unable to change the battery out and when we offered when he was there he declined and told us the problem with the car was the battery which we knew it wasn't because it wasn't starting when we set it up before the battery went dead. Con out of $60 n his defense was he usually charged $125 an hour and he had to drive to me.

I was able to pull into a gas station where I called my Insurance company's roadside assistance. They referred me to TDR. I called and got an immediate answer. I have a code reader so I was able to tell Jesse the problem. He gave me directions to the shop and assured me he could help. He was able to take care of the problem right away. (He also fixed two loose hubcaps while I was there!) Ten miles down the road, the problem returned. I called Jesse. He told me to stay put and he came to me on the side of the highway. There were no codes this time and no check engine light. We both pulled off the highway to a safer location. Jesse did a test drive along with some research on line and determined that it was a fuel issue this time. I went to the closest gas station to refuel. In my opinion, Jesse "saved the day"; he was kind and professional. His fee was very reasonable and he was determined to help me get back on the road.

A little bit late on posting my review using Family RV Inspection and Mobile Repair, but here goes…read more We camped at Lake Whitney November 7th and 8th and it was a great trip with great weather. Something seemed off though when setting up the camper Friday, lights dim, electrical seemed off. The next day, Saturday, started to inspect various areas of the camper, electrical panel, etc. to see if could find root cause of the electrical issue. Issue found, our battery was bad, like smoking bad, literally smoking. Disconnected and removed the battery for safety and then called Family RV. This was like at 4pm Saturday, and Jason answered the phone. I explained our situation and provided him details of the battery we needed replacing. He said he could definitely help us and would be there in a few hours. He was a man of his word. He purchased the new battery and installed it, with us up and running again, good as new. Jason and Family RV saved our camping trip and would use them again in a heartbeat! Jason was super awesome and cannot thank him enough for taking care of us. Thank you sooooo much Jason!!!!!

And then Bailey let me know that the business office could not do online inquiries on the weekend;although it was Friday 2pm apparently the business manager was booked up all Friday and would not ne able to look at my application and since I lived in Houston and they were in Dallas that I would need to come and apply in person in order for my Application to be looked at. Because they don't do online inquiries on the weekend.. and since I live 2 hours away in houston... I'm considered a online inquiry... so Saturday morning I get up 9am and go to houston. Get all the way there only to find out they'd sold the car Friday afternoon... around the same time me and Bailey were texting. She had the rest of the evening to let me know not to drive all the way to Dallas bc the car sold. But she didn't . I have a wasted inquiry on my credit. Do not do business with these people unless you're standing there looking at your vehicle. And even then. Ask again.
