Wednesday I received a call from Coborns claim department and she said the claim was being denied because no one else had problems with their vehicles and that the scratches were not characteristic to the car wash. The claims department never asked to see the truck or ask for my input. Claim denied end of conversation. I understand that things happen but due to how the issue was handled, by the claims department, I will never wash my truck there again. The poor rating is not due to the staff in the store. I think the staff in the store are very sincere and helpful, but it will be a while for this to pass and I return. There are plenty of options in this area to never stop at another Coborns owned gas station.
