Prices seemed about the same as the other health food store, which are a little high, but there were some interesting specials. Unlike Discount Health, this store does not feature a delicious deli.

My issue is with the uscan check out lane. I am very limited with my time when I go anywhere because my husband is a recent paraplegic & I have to have caregivers to stay with him while I do anything basically. Yesterday I was doing self checkout & realized it was almost time for my caregiver to leave, so I rushed out forgetting to pick up my cash back that I had paid to get. Realizing what I did, I called the store as soon as I got home & was told by the girl that had helped me with a register problem, that she had seen the money & picked it up for me. She told me that they would hold it for me until today when I was able to get another caregiver to stay with him. When I got there, the money was not in the drawer, so the girl today sent me to the help desk to check with them. She knew nothing about it & couldn't find it either, so I was told by Serena, (help desk) that they could not be held responsible for it. I was told yesterday on the phone by the employee who found my money, that if they hadn't found it when they did, that they woulld not be held responsible for it, which I totally understand. All this trouble trying to get my money back. It was only $10 dollars that I needed to help pay for my caregiver. Seriously? You are going to lose a good customer over "MY" $10 dollars! When I got home today, I called twice to asked for a manager & was hung up on twice. Someone did answer the second time & she told me she would try to find a manager for me & then nothing again but a dial tone.
