The baristas here are always very friendly. The salad bar is always clean keep full. The deli department and produce section is also in this area. I feel this is a store that takes pride in their appearance and customer service. I'm disappointed they no longer have the small urgent care facility in here, it was a quick and easy place to go when needed.

I returned it later the same afternoon and the person at the help desk did not know what to do. That's fine bc they asked for help and I thought it was resolved. I paid a $25 deposit and thought it was refunded. Turns out the employee did not do the return correctly. My credit card company could see where it was attempted but did not go through bc there was missing information. Things happen, I get that but when I called and talked to the manager she was not helpful, called me argumentative, hung up on me, told me her boss would call me but she has no idea when bc she didn't manage his schedule. Overall, a very unprofessional attitude. I have her name but will not say it here. I won't be shopping at this store after the way I was treated by the manager.

Purchased gasoline for about $45, but the pump would not provide a receipt. Instead of going…read moreinside, I get a receipt from Discover to confirm purchases. Later, I had a $175 charge from this station on my Discover card. I called the station and this is their procedure, if you swipe your card at the pump, they put a $175 "hold" on your card. There was NO notice of this policy. I called Discover and they confirmed Love's policy and that they put a pending status for $175 on cards, and that it can take 10 days to be processed and the charge removed and the real charge recorded. Love's has lost a customer. Post the policy, alert customers to the $175 and provide an option. I had cash and could easily have paid that way. So long Love's--and I hope others see this policy for what it is.

There seems to be some problems at this location. Still they are friendly. Except the young guy, he seems a bit bored.

The guy taking my order apologized and told me it would take a while. This was an off day for them. No matter the reason for the back up, likely short staffed and short on certain supplies, the team working was handling it like pros. I'm sure they were stressed, but they were on top of everything, never seemed frazzled, overcommunicated the status of everyone's order, and just worked as efficiently as they could. This could easily have been a one star review, my drink took a long time in Starbucks terms, but the time it took was not due to anything that reflects this service ability. The team was impressive. Good work. Tomorrow is another day.

They are extremely helpful when you are trying to find something. They don't just tell you what aisle they go there and find it for you. I can't believe anyone complaining about Owen's service because I've been treated with the utmost respect and kindness in every department in the store. Their pharmacy has always been very efficient with my prescriptions and have always taken the time to answer any questions I may have no matter how busy they are. I was told each customer gets their full attention each and every time they pick up their meds. Nobody has ever been rude and never unwilling to help me.

I've been coming to this store Basically, my whole life. And I can say as a person with a disability and a service dog. This place is unwelcoming and unaccepting of people with disabilities and service animals. Not only does one of the bigger managers tend to watch me while I'm in the store, but show disdain for me and my service animal by continuously shaking there head at me and watching me. My service dog is a cardiac alert dog.Because I have heart problems and two heart attacks to prove it. It's unfortunate because I grow up going to the store and I personally love it. However, this store is unwelcoming, unfriendly , and biased. So I would not say that this store is disability Friendly nor service dog friendly and if you have either of these just be prepared.

There are many reasons for this -- my mother just died and I over ate out of grief, for one. When I walked in one of the cashier's gave me a side leer and smirked. I thought "that was weird." I got dirty looks from three other workers. Now true, no one said "hello fatso", but I was wearing nice clean clothes and my hair was done and there was no other reason to give me a dirty look. I will never be back and shame on anyone who works there who did that to me who calls themselves a Christian. Being an Amish doesn't make you holy. The food looks amazing though. We would have bought some things and probably become regular customers. Guess we'll never know. Peace.
