New to the area and still trying to find a go-to coffee shop, we decided to try Koko Loko. Will I…read morebe returning? Probably not. The staff member / barista seemed as if they hated their job. It was around 10am on a Sunday and understandably there were a few people already in the shop, but the staff member felt a bit cold and overall, quite miserable. The coffee was pretty gross as well, which could be a byproduct of the barista hating that they were working that day. I am a sucker for a fun drink and wanted to try the cookie and cream latte, not knowing it was just a cup of milk with the smallest splash of coffee and mixed with crushed up cookies. I felt as if I was drinking a child's recipe, with each attempted sip clogging my straw due to the cookie pieces. If you don't like coffee this is great, because it tasted exactly like what was advertised - milk and cookies. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but my partner ordered something completely different and it didn't taste great either. The taste of burnt coffee was prominent, making it hard to consume as well. The one positive is the environment seems like a great place to work remotely / study, as that is what many patrons were doing. The open-ness and bright atmosphere is great, but the beverages and customer service not so much.

I don't know if it's the location, but y'all need to check out this coffee spot. It deserves more positive reviews. Trust me, the drinks are amazing. Banana lattes always catch my eye. Most times I am disappointed but I still go for it when I see it on a menu. And I am so glad I did because this one was the best one I ever had. Every sip, I can taste the banana flavor along with the espresso. My girlfriend enjoyed her pistachio latte. And the best part, the prices are lower than other coffee in the area. The cashier/barista was very helpful. The interior space has an eclectic mix of chairs and tables great for studying or doing some work. I plan to come back and try their matcha latte.

With the rising population of Arab folks in the area, I loved seeing the way the culture was sprinkled in the cafe. The racing theme was cute and the drink was so good. I can't quite remember what it was called but it was coconut water and matcha. My main complaint was how small everything is, which the cafe itself cannot help. They were making the most of their space with seating and I was not able to get a seat. The cafe was filled with college students despite it being early August! I will definitely be stopping by whenever I can.

Being Middle Eastern myself, I liked the unique concept and knew I had to stop by when we were in the area. We arrived around 5pm and it was extremely loud & busy. The atmosphere and seating gives relaxing environment, but in reality, there were people with laptops (on a Saturday), kids running around, and generally the acoustics inside aren't great. Nonetheless, we placed an order and grabbed a table. I got the Iced Crème Brûlée Latte which was very well executed. It's rich, bold, and had notes of vanilla and burnt caramel. They definitely nailed the crème brûlée flavor. Even the Cortado was nicely presented and soothing. I liked that the flavor profile in the espresso was not overpowered by the milk or extraction process. I was also bummed that they didn't have their cool cups that say "Habibi" on them! Their branding is one of the things that caught my eye about them and it sucks to see them switching to nonbranded cups (assuming for cost reasons). Overall, it was worth a try!

The parking is inconspicuous and in the back shop. Make sure you dont miss it and turn into the realtor parking nextdoor. While they do have a shop, their actual store front was closed, which was a huge disappointment as we were trying to hide from the heat, but there are benches in the front of the store facing the street for some immediate seating options. The servers are your typical friendly-enough highschool/college-aged workers. They were sure to answer any questions I had and provided a requested sample, but I felt a bit disconnected and shut out from the screens and doors they are behind while you are trying to ask them questions. I get it may just be a cost-saving measure with the AC, but it made the whole interaction a bit sketchy to be honest. Oh well, all that comes with a hole-in-the-wall joint! In our urgency to escape the heat, we ended up downing the ice cream before I got pics~ I got the chocolate chip cookie dough and caramel cold brew, which was an AMAZING combo with chocolate chips in both ice cream flavors, and generous heaps of cookie dough. My friend got the cinnamon churro, and chocolate and peanut butter swirl, and he highly recommended the peanut butter swirl! Overall, they have some delicious and plentiful ice creams and they are generous with the portions here. If you are stopping by for a summer evening, I do believe its worth a try.

Everything that day tasted so fresh and so delicious! The red velvet cake slice was amazing! My husband loved all his cookies too! We loved the bakery so much we came back a few days later unfortunately that day it wasn't nearly as good except for the cookies. I bought a carrot cake slice, a cheesecake/brownie slice and various cookies. The carrot cake slice wasn't that great and tasted a few days old. The brownie part to the cheesecake slice was very good, but the cheesecake on top wasn't that great. We did enjoy the cookies. We came back for a third time on Monday Jan 26, 2026 and I purchased a brownie that tasted a month old at least! It was hard as a brick! Needless to say I didn't eat it! I also bought a chocolate mousse cake slice that was extremely fresh and good. As usual the cookies we purchased were all fresh and very good. All in all this bakery is a mixed bag you don't know if you're going to get something fresh or stale. Everything is either hit or miss. I'd come back again and give it another shot, but I wouldn't come often.

HORRIBLE EXP!! STAFF RUINED OUR GENDER REVEAL BY REVEALING GENDER…read moreWe ordered gender reveal cupcakes on 10/12 (name is Rad on order), giving the employee a sealed envelope with the gender since we didn't know ourselves. Later that day, we called to change the pickup date from 10/17 to 10/14, and the employee confirmed the change. When I asked to make sure all cupcakes would be filled, she said, "Yes, all will be filled with pink," completely ruining the surprise. This was supposed to be a private, special moment for us as expecting parents, and it was ruined by carelessness. The next day, another employee called to confirm our order but didn't even seem to have the correct details, proving the lack of communication. Please train your staff better for situations like this--moments like ours can't be redone. I emailed the company - they said the store manager will call but never did. Completely unprofessional. -- Reema

I felt like they could've been more welcoming and nicer. They didn't even acknowledge my niece. The vibe here isn't really anything special. Would I come back here again? Probably not.
