I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.

I get addicts hang out at gas station, I came back from a show and got gas. Went in to get a water and Gatorade and one of the addicts kept pointing at me saying I stole something. The cashier sided with them despite offering to do anything to show I didn't steal anything and refuse to cash me out, even offered to pay for what he said I stole if he could show me. I guess they have a theft problem, but I'm not stealing from your store and I didn't want to be there in the first place. I wouldn't stop here.

This is the only 24 hour CVS pharmacy within 45 minutes of our home. When I asked why they can't fill it, he became even more argumentative and actually hung up on me. As a healthcare provider myself, I was left in shock. No wonder my patients tell me how much they hate CVS. Looks like we're switching to Walgreens again! Worst customer service you can imagine and when people's health is at stake it's unacceptable.
