The pumps are frequently not in working order, and today I had the person who is running the register come out and tell me that I had to come in to pay after my credit card was already charged. He made a mistake and tried to put money for a different customer on that pump, so he cut off the pump, then ran out and told me that I had to come in to pay. It was irritating enough that I had to explain the technology to him, but I really don't appreciate being asked to "take it down to a two" when I was trying to get him to listen to me that my card was already charged. He finally looked it up, and I was correct, but the whole situation was very frustrating.

With no sign on the air pump at this speedway, we tried to pump up the tire. It became a flash tire very quickly. She went into the shop to ask for help and they had told her that the pump did not work and gave her four quarters for the four times we had spent 1.50 on a credit card. With this, we had to call triple A. There should have been a sign and I am very disappointed that this situation could have been involved.

It was a bit strange because this location was across from what used to be LeSourdesville Lake Amusement Park. Of course, these days, it isn't very amusing. Complaint: racist remarks…read more Overheard one of the two cashiers after having an argument over a coupon with a man say after he left "it's just these foreign men have no respect for American woman and imagine how they treat their own women" "they are just always so rude". This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.
