Chicken was still good and hot when I got back to the hotel, opened my box to some crispy perfectly cooked chicken. Sorry no pics I had just got off the road and was hungry and not thinking...only thing I could say not positive is that the coating was a bit salty for my taste but it didn't slow me down a bit. Ate 2 pieces up front and last in the morning cold for breakfast and still pretty good.

All you do is put your phone number is at the pump and you accumulate points. The points are good for free drinks and snacks or discounted gas prices at the pumps. So, it's a great benefit.

Unfortunately, the associate I spoke with showed absolutely no empathy, offered no explanation, took no responsibility, and was completely unhelpful. His response to nearly everything I said was, "I don't know." He ultimately told me to contact DoorDash. While I understand that DoorDash handled the delivery, DoorDash did not make my drink. Wawa did. The issue was with the product I received from your store, not the delivery service. I did contact DoorDash, and they offered a refund. However, a refund was not what I wanted. I didn't order the drink just to receive my money back, I ordered it because I actually wanted the drink I paid for. I expected it to be properly made, flavorful, and enjoyable. What was especially disappointing was the lack of customer service when I contacted the store. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. I simply wanted the drink remade, and instead I was dismissed and redirected to another company. I hope Wawa will review this situation, including the way my concern was handled by the associate, and take the opportunity to address both the quality of the drink and the customer service experience.

That was a lie instead she could have said it was against store policy but the unnecessary lie and the very bad attitude lost her a customer today.
