Instead of making us go back through the drive-thru again, Shawn was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. He helped us add the item to our order with a great attitude and made what could have been an inconvenience a very easy and positive experience. I wish I could give this location zero stars…read more I placed a mobile breakfast order at 10:15 a.m. and drove over immediately since I only live about a block away. I realized I forgot to add a hash brown, so I planned to order one at the drive-thru. When I arrived, the drive-thru was backed up. The woman in front of me sat at the speaker waiting for someone to take her order while multiple cars in the other lane were helped and moved through. Eventually, she got tired of waiting and drove off. When I pulled up, the same thing happened to me. Cars in the other lane continued having their orders taken while nobody acknowledged me. I finally had to call out "Hello?" twice just to get someone to respond. There was no apology for the wait. I was abruptly asked for my mobile order code, and after I gave it, I was basically to move forward. I explained that I still needed to order a hash brown. Instead of simply helping me, the employee told me my order had already been saved and actually laughed when I asked why I couldn't place another order. I eventually had to ask for and pay for the hash brown at the window. After all of that, I got home and discovered they didn't even make my original order correctly. I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg, and there was NO EGG--just the sausage, cheese, and English muffin. So after being ignored in the drive-thru, watching another customer leave because she couldn't get service, dealing with an employee's rude attitude, and having to straighten out the hash brown at the window, they still couldn't get the actual mobile order right. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's location.

One is a massage place and I am not sure about the other. The parking lot can get cramped but it's manageable. I like their nachos with extra jalapeños. I've been here three times and each time there are different employees but all seem to be friendly.
