The finance department had openly lied about how much income one of my relatives made on a credit application in order to sell them a vehicle. I gave ADCJ the benefit of the doubt initially. However, after having seen multiple friends and family experience the near identical outcomes of their vehicle purchases, I DO NOT recommend this dealership. Please do your research and trust your gut. Remember, it is you who will be stuck with high interest and a high payment. Are you willing to suffer to keep up with the Joneses while ADCJ does not express any remorse nor desire to bat an eye?

Good Sam found us a fabulous towing company, Aztec Towing, who drove two trucks about 135 miles to haul our Dodge and our 5th wheel . Owned and operated by a woman and her two female employees, they gave us superb and cordial service, hauling the truck to Advantage Dodge and our 5th wheel clear to the dog show @ the fairgrounds! When we found we were in the wrong RV spot, SHANNON @ Aztec came back and moved us to the correct spot the next morning AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. She recommended working with HECTOR at Advantage Dodge. He jumped through every possible hoop to get us back on the road. Had to find an axle that was salvage, returned the first one because it was under his specs, found rusted parts on our truck that had to be remanufactured and installed the second axle still UNDER the initial quoted price! This place is a scam! First off charged my friend two days of being without her car and $149 for a…read morehose clamp! She was told they couldn't find the problem but turned off the check engine light...WOW!! On top of that, they do interlocks and I helped someone load their car on a trailer and haul it down to have the interlock coded because they were locked out and didn't make it in time (paid in time/but car has to be recoded)...so we called because on my maps it showed we would arrive at 401. We called and Al said 4 pm no exceptions. Ok, so I pick up speed and got wobbly, about lost my truck and trailer with the car-showed up at 359, he walked in the door at 4pm and was denied...WOW!! Two seconds to recode car and they refuse, saying 4 pm is cutoff, well it's 4pm and I'm standing here now (at the point it was 402 because he came out and said that two people ahead of him, and than he walked back in and walked out and said they said come back tomorrow). So 4 pm is not the cutoff, maybe 359!! If this was the case I would've turned around at 358 instead of continuing another 300 feet!! /utterly ridiculous!! On top of all of that, they have shorted the car out 4 times in 10 months-charging $85 each time this happens, on top of the monthly $87 fee...so scam artists!! Yes!!! Good business, NO!! I usually brush stuff off but the receptionist was exceptionally RUDE and argued with me saying it was after 4 pm, well maybe the second time he walked in. Either way, you see someone there on time, who had to go to great lengths bringing a car on a car trailer and so RUDE. This is not the way to conduct business and I'll be honest, I know someone who does this for a living and I called and asked him who was the cheapest to go to-he told me Al's, but he also said, he was a snake...Wow, now I know what he means. I knew after the first two "shorts" to charge and extra $85!! To do this to people that are already struggling with court fees, probation costs and you know they're not doing great in life if they're dealing with a DWI/DUI. Pay the extra $10 and go to a different interlock place-also as a mechanic -I wouldn't bring a lawn mower to them, they can't even figure out how to fix an air flow sensor when the check engine light told them exactly what the problem was!! If you need a mechanic, I found one-Bryant Motorsportz-call Billy at 505-860-6792 and he will help you without ripping you off!! ALS is a RIPOFF!!!
