To Whom It May Concern,
I'm writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at one of your Speedway locations. I entered the store as I have routinely done for the past seven years--being a long-time customer and neighbor to this location. Upon entering, the store manager, a woman with black hair and red highlights, suddenly began yelling at me, stating that I was "f***ing banned" from the premises.
I was taken aback and confused, as there was no incident or explanation given to justify such treatment. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also humiliating, especially considering there were approximately a dozen other customers and several staff members present. The use of profanity and public confrontation by someone in a managerial role is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.
What's more troubling is that I was not given any reason for this supposed "ban." I have never had any previous issues or altercations at this location and have been a loyal, respectful customer for years. I have since contacted customer service and the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter, and I am considering speaking with local media if this is not addressed properly.
This situation has left me feeling both embarrassed and disappointed. I am now forced to travel several miles for everyday necessities I used to conveniently pick up next door. If this manager's behavior reflects Speedway's standards for leadership and customer service, it raises serious concerns about how your brand values professionalism and customer loyalty.
I kindly request a thorough review of this incident and an appropriate resolution. I would appreciate a response from Speedway management to address this issue and explain what steps will be taken to ensure this kind of treatment does not happen again--to me or any other customer.
Sincerely,
