The first time I did business with him was when my 2002 Excursion went into the Ford dealer Columbus for a oil change and somehow came out with a melted engine wiring harness! I was quoted $70 total, but when I came to pick it up (Dec 18) I was charged $1,284.49, including unauthorized parts and labor that I never approved or signed for. I was never given an estimate and I only saw the itemized invoice at the time of payment. Part pricing was also extremely inflated (same part numbers online were about $272 total, but I was billed around $695 for those parts). The front desk worker Danny Wooten was mouthy and unprofessional, and even said he was trying to "get this damn thing out of my hair" while refusing to address the extra charges. They also required cash only to release my motorcycle. I reported this through the Mississippi Attorney General and the business's response misrepresented key facts. I've been fighting with this company for over a year because after they towed my car from an accident I found stuff to be missing. When the guy arrived he rushed me when I was getting stuff out of my car before he loaded it up and was rude the whole time. When he got back to the lot he was more than eager to repeatedly tell me I couldnt get anything else out and that I had to leave. They stole my xm radio, 3 tennis rackets, a vaccum, and a couple necklaces from my car. Of course they denied everything so if you bought any of those items at a pawn shop in Columbus in this past year, you probably have my stolen property. I wouldnt send Satan himself to this joke of an establishment where all they do is steal from you. So mad!!!
