I used to frequent the Lebanese place further up the street from it, because there was always a longer line and their food was on full display. Thus, I thought it was better. That was until one night when said place was closed, so I wandered down the street to Le Coeur du Liban. Thank goodness I did, because this place is AWESOME. At many places, the flavor of the falafel is rather bland, and the it relies on the tahini sauce to liven it up, but not here! I could eat this falafel by itself with no sauce, it is that good! Not only that, but when i asked for extra harissa, they piled it on! If you find yourself near the canal here in Paris, Le Coeur du Liban is where you need to go if you want a truly good falafel sandwich.
