Tried ringing phone number multiple times and waited for hours hoping someone might show up and open. Also watched multiple other customers come and go away because of locked access; they also tried to call with no respect from assistance number. Wasted half of my day off trying to get washing done.

Washers run for 35 minutes and the soap is automatic, no need to bring any soap. Machine instructions are also in English. Dryers are large commercial size, same as you find in a laundry in the states. 1 euro for 8 minutes. Owned by a husband a wife with enough English to communicate which is helpful if you have no Italian. Facility is very clean. There is a cafe in 1 minute walk and a post office a few doors down. If doing wash in the afternoon or evening there is a Sicilian Bistro next door. And free Wi-Fi

Four euros for small wash (9 kg - about the same or a little larger than a standard US washer) and 7 euros for 14 kg washer. One euro for every 8 minutes in a huge dryer. And again, Dana is lovely. We thought we would go to the bar two doors down, but Dana was such good company, we never left.
