this office is supposed to serve the Italian population and I feel that the person that is in charge is not a good person, My mom back 10-13 years ago started going to this office for papers that were going to be sent to Italy for her pension as well my father, my father got his pension not my mother, my mother worked there for years, and then Italy gives a small pension for women that stayed home to raise the children, she never got anything , she went to italy to visit family, she applied there and a couple of years later they sent her a check for all the years she was eligible. when we shared that with this office they started calling us names, and told us it was a mistake, not to cash the check to make the story short my mother never cashed listening to them calling her imbrogliona she never got that money and we were told that if she didn't cash the check by a certain date, it would go back to Italy , she then died and that's the end of the story, I went there with my sister to verify some information and as usual she treated us like we were a cannot come up with clean or words that can be said ,.we never went back , no one should be treated like that NO ONe, Nessuno read more
