My daughter was questioning me worried about her clothes being stolen, ect.. I told her don't worry about them. I ONLY TRUST them. They laundered 65 pounds of wash for our household. Great price, reasonable turnover time, excellent service, and quality of care goes above and beyond. I went during the day and the two guys working were going on about a group of people in there again causing problems. They kept talking, saying they were dirty and come in a group like they want to take over the place. How bad it was for business and they were afraid they would scare away the good customers. Then they said it, they're black, not just black but foreigners. "Cant even speak good English, or at least pretend not to understand" Went on some more about " taking over, bad for business, and so on." I guess since I'm white they thought it was okay to spew their vile, hateful nonsense in front of me. News flash, not every white person in Danville is a racist. So if you think not mixing your whites with your colors applies to more than just laundry, this might be your kinda place. As for me, I will not be going back.

It's the little things... :) -It is cash only but there are several change machines in store that work beautifully. -clean! The machines themselves are cleaned and well-maintained, the floor (even in the winter) is free of lots of spills and debris. -There are staff on site to assist with change, and and other questions. - They offer free Wi-Fi with excellent signage to know the code. - Kroger is in the same parking lot, so a 29 minute wash cycle is perfect to run in and grab a couple of things. Pricing is $3 to wash for a 2-load size washing machine. This is about the same size as our home washing machine. They also offer drop off laundry services at about $1.50 per pound. This is significantly cheaper than tide cleaners, which charges close to $2.75 a pound.

Every single time I go you have to fight for washer and dryers. I usually bring at least 5 loads of laundry so I try to go when no one is there to get them all in at once. Today was the worst experience by far. Not only did some creepy dude come and take one of the washers I was using instead of using a one washer next to the ones he was using but then I had people TWICE come up and camp out on the folding table I had set all my stuff on with my phone and quarters. The second time it happened I was pissed and I told the woman that had just shown up that it was my stuff and I was using that table. The employees were quick to tell people who got there first to use the washers, but didn't even give me a chance to unload the washer I was using, that I was sitting right in front of. The washer she emptied was all my personal clothes with underwear and stuff and I don't want some random person touching that! The biggest frustration every single time I come by far is the broken washer and dryers. The employees don't do through sweeps throughout the day so if you are forced to use one of the bottom dryers and your stuff touches the floor (nasty) then whatever is on the floor gets on your clean clothes. There's a couple of machines that eat quarters so if you don't know you wouldn't notice it. The ac is also not on so it is hotter inside than it is outside. Every time I go home I find huge hair balls with other peoples hair in my freshly cleaned laundry. I wish I could buy a washer and dryer and have one installed at my house so I could be done with this place!!
