    Our family purchased 5 phones under one Verizon account at this location (15324 N Dale Mabry Hwy),…read moreand the experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff were helpful ONLY during the sale, but once the purchase was complete, that support vanished. I returned to drop off a trade-in phone worth $415 and was told they couldn't find my account information. No effort was made to help -- I was simply turned away. Previously, a system error occurred during account setup, and when I returned to resolve it, the staff were rude and dismissive. One employee even told me to "step aside" because they couldn't assist further. To make matters worse, I was first told that trade-ins could only be accepted at the original store, but when I followed those instructions with the proper receipt, they still refused. On my next visit, they told me to go to a different store -- which turned out to be false, as other locations don't accept trade-ins from the other store's purchases. This location consistently gave conflicting information and showed zero willingness to help. It may be the closest Verizon store to me, but I will be going elsewhere from now on. Highly disappointing!!!

But Verizon service is terrible (you should see the lazy tangle of lines they left on my house). But worst, the Eero thing is terrible- had 3 days with no internet, no storm wind or anything. Called, chatted and sorry it is what it is. Now it just flickers on and off which is troubling for work at home days or when watching your favorite team. Zero stars for my Verizon experience in central Tampa.

I know loyalty means nothing, but for over 20 years I have passed on cable, streaming, etc. and stayed loyal to DirectTV, but now, not going to take it anymore! I have so many other options, I am quite sure they need me more than I need them! Please, please please, take my advice and DO NOT ENGAGE WITH DirectTV!!! Learn from my experience and look elsewhere! You have so many other options, go the other routes. I am not some quack, I have enjoyed my time with DirectTV for over 20 years, but loyalty not reciprocated is insanity!!! We loose service all the time during the summer and they never offer any compensation for the time the service doesn't work. Also, after your first 12 months they up your bill by 50%. Now, I went to cancel my service after my contract expired, and they still charge me an ETF fee. The only response I get is "That's the policy." Your overpriced services and terrible customer service is why you and all other cable companies will be gone soon. You don't value your customers and now it's too late to change. Good Riddance
