The owner…read moreof Vital Sound Solutions, Rich Estes is the consummate professional in every sense of the word. He is an excellent communicator, innovative, resourceful, and unfailingly reliable. The quality of his work is so high that he was added to the preferred vendor list at the venue, Vizcaya Sacramento. For example, Rich went above and beyond by proactively requesting a setup drawing of the venue. He then consulted with the musicians and precisely mapped out the placement of the band, the audio equipment, and the screen. Passing this detailed diagram along to the venue significantly helped with their setup and allowed us to flawlessly plan our decor. Thanks to Vital Sound Solutions, my husband's celebration of life went absolutely seamlessly and beautifully.

Was seeking a studio where the engineer doesn't smoke marijuana in the sessions or during work hours or allow clients to do so and doesn't have all his roaches, paraphernalia, and friends weed brands everywhere as I don't smoke and the smell/smoke effects me when I'm paying coin to do my craft. This level of courtesy and respect is not common and much appreciated and respected. It took a couple weeks for the studio to respond to my initial request but when Steven, the owner, called me back he apologized and said there were a lot of things going on which was understandable. He answered all my questions and seemed about his craft so I took a chance and put the down payment to book my session. It was really easy to do online and was cool because you could choose from a few different engineers and it clearly marked which time slots were open etc. It snowed where I live and I couldn't make it so I called to reschedule with Steven and it was no problem. Rebooked a couple days later, I showed up early as he was already there warming up the ovens, so I got straight to cooking! Never worked with this gentleman but we quickly synced up and was able to complete raw recordings of 3 whole songs in a 2 hour period. He bounced down the tracks and had them ready to listen to on my way back home. The quality of the recordings are excellent, very crisp, he's able to share ideas as I am an artist who welcomes this from those I work with, told me what will be needed to mix them down, I will be back again soon. I believe I found my new studio and have many songs and albums for this business and mine to thrive and keep growing. Thank you and keep improving and inspiring though great works in the craft of art via sounds and music.
