Since our tenant moved in, they've had to replace a leaky garbage disposal, hire a landscaper, etc. My dealing with these things have been maybe one phone call, unless I had already delegated them the authority to use their discretion. The tenants have all seemed very happy in their dealings with the Thompsons. Property managers may not be for everyone, but having them definitely makes me realize they're for us.
