We have received good care from Drs. Kisch and Ruggiano, as well as as Joyce and Pat D for counseling. They have managed to keep us out of inpatient hospitalization which is quite remarkable. The office manager Judy is a very nice lady, as is Nancy who handles the billing. Three stars only for the following reasons: I don't like the no drink policy. If its just water, why not? My mouth gets dry from the medications that I take. Certain providers are ALWAYS LATE. If this were my job, I would have been fired for sure. Las, there are a couple of staff who didn't not seem to like it there, or are just rude If they are having a bad day, they need to learn how to fake it. If you have the right counselor and doctor, you will do fine, but be forewarned about the other things.

At one point, we thought of moving our mother to a more "modern" location, but then we realized that it isn't just about the "beauty" of the place, it was about the staff. Idk if I can leave 0 stars but, I'll try to. So this place has gone downhill, well has been for a…read morewhile actually and I don't know how the place is still open. Between the lack of staffing to administrative people going upstairs to put on an act when the state arrives so the place "looks good". I say that because that's essentially all of what they're really doing. They really don't give a shit about the place and how it's ran. Vendors don't get paid and stuff doesn't get fixed. This includes the elevators, kitchen equipment but, the company Athena HealthCare Systems is quick to put an additional metal sign on the facility's main sign out front reading "Managed by Athena HealthCare Systems." Also they do this with their other facilities as well. The Care quality is shit here and the type is non existent basically due to lack of staffing and a careless company. All it is, is a money maker for the C.E.O Lawrence Santilli to be able to keep money in his pocket so he can buy more beach houses and so fourth. Do not let your loved one pass or even spend their last days here before they pass away. Ugh here's 1 star because Yelp is asking for one.

It is, in fact, a synthetic opioid that was easily available online for many years. I tried to stop on my own 4 times, and the side effects were so horrible, I went right back to it. The brief detox was unpleasant, but I left the hospital shaky and still with awful side effects. Thank god, I found Norton online right away, and, when I called, they were friendly, courteous, and I didn't feel judged, as I had when I talked to several expensive, inaccessible psychiatrists listed as Suboxone prescribers. Norton made an appointment for me the day after I called and I left the office with a script for a drug that has helped me stay off opioids for 10 years. I've weaned off the suboxone, and now take a very low dose. I hope to stop entirely eventually, BUT, should I need it forever, no problem. I have a normal life. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Akhter, the founder, and all of the other doctors and staff who have helped me be a non-addict. Norton Healthcare is the best, and I recommend it to anyone who needs help.
