I have been using Specsavers opticians in Hanley for many years for eye tests, contact lenses and glasses. I have always found their prices to be cheaper than many other opticians that I have tried in the past. They very often have offers on glasses including two pairs for the price of one, even on designer frames. They offer a thorough eye testing service and send out reminders when you are due for a check up. Their contact lens service is also very good as it is reasonably priced and they send out the lenses by post to save you having to collect them from the store. They will also replace damaged lenses for free in store if you rip them. I have always been pleased with the service I have received from Specsavers. The only problem that I have ever had is that because it is such a busy store, you sometimes have to wait to be seen, even when you have an appointment. read more
