I personally don't like the revamped shop, was more personal somehow before, seems a bit too…read moreclinical now. I also used to like seeing the technician working on the glasses and the hour system but last time we went in we had to wait several days before the glasses were ready. they also seemed to be having problems with the machines when we were in there. Just didn't feel comfortable in the store. The staff are always polite and helpful and i liked the water dispensing machine in the waiting area which was comfortable as well. Its also convenient being situated in the Hale Leys shopping centre in the centre of everything, great for other family members to wander about while eye test in progress.

Small opticians. They always have lots of offers on, like buy one pair, get another free etc. Their…read moreappointments are easily available. My only issue with this opticians is that there is nothing for the children to do. If you need glasses of go for a contact lens fitting then you are going to be in there for a while. Some people have no choice but to take their children along, and its very distracting if the children are running about with nothing to do. I dont think itd hurt to have a few books, or colouring pages out for the children. Otherwise, the staff are friendly, and helpful. COnvenient location, right next to the pay and display car park
