I first received my glasses here when I was 15/16! Did not need them, could see very well but was convinced by the optician that I NEEDED them! Hundreds of pounds later I had a pair of glasses! My eyes deteriorated very quickly after here ! He did the same thing to my little sister shortly after! Funny enough me, my 2 sisters and mum all came out of here needing glasses! What a surprise! Me and my family (wife and two children) have going here for over twenty years…read more Looking at the previous review from 2015, I can only say that in all that time the service and professionalism of Heather and her team has been exceptional. We have never been pressurised in to buying anything. We have popped in numerous times with broken or bent glasses for them to be repaired (usually free). The care she extends to patients is first class and advice on eye health and care very welcome. Her examinations and testing are thorough. I don't usually write reviews but I feel the previous review is so far from my experience it should be given some balance.

A large opticians in North Chingford…read more They are quite professional and friendly however, being independent they are quite expensive with an eye test costing around £25. The glasses also work out expensive compared to other opticians. Eye tests have to be booked in advance as they do get busy but a long wait is rare.
