There isn't any strategic approach for getting trucks in and out from management. They are super slow. If you end up there plan to be there for the majority of your clock. If you get paid by the load your going to be losing money. The staff should be paid by the load, maybe then they would communicate and or move quicker in getting trucks loaded and on their way. If at all possible go somewhere else where they care about their clients.

I see people using a ton of pigments to get what this product does naturally. Simply using this color for the background, mixed dry, with some white veining makes a nice, natural looking cultured marble. We were staying in town and was lovely to be able to walk right on over. First thing I noticed is it is easy to get lost... in a good way. There's so much to look at. So much fun things that you have to go back and look a few more times. They have package for adventures which we were super excited for. I do appreciate the effort and time they put into making it memorable for the kids. Customer service was awesome I give the gentleman 5 stars. he went above and beyond hoping to extend our experience as much as possible. My son was able to have a bucket full of stones and crystals. We love our crystals and I have my own collection. Now while some crystals were amazing; others I realized were dyed. When we took them back to cabin and showed them off... my fingers turned green/blue. It was a little disappointing knowing how expensive the package itself was. I spent about $90 for the cosmic package. Ouch. I haven't told my son they were dyed but I do believe the value should be as much as it costs. I will return for the shop itself but unfortunately most likely not the package.

The boys (and I) were happy as can be- so much to look at and plenty of rocks in any price point (even the 5 cent stones were a big hit). It turned into a mini-class as the owner was gratuitous enough to spend time answering questions and showing the boys all sorts of fun stuff. You can count yourself as something to be explored as Roy, a very sweet dog of mixed breed including Rhodesian Ridgeback, comes to greet you. Especially if you are dog-friendly, or just happen to have a good spirit, Roy will likely come visit you periodically as you make your way through the store. The music you hear is one of some rotating CDs of artists the store embraces. I really liked the south-western flute music. Reminding me what I'd sometimes hear at my favorite massage-therapist's place back in Chicago. A peaceful place with things like rugs, and toy animals and books and jewelry, too. And in the way back is the aforementioned photography studio. There, you'll find one more dog, who won't follow you because this big beautiful guy looks to be a large husky with a dash of polar bear. I wish I took his picture. I had hoped we'd return again for a more thorough trip through the store. This will have to wait til the next trip.
