Within an hour, the owner, Andrew, returned our call, gave us advice over the phone on how to temporarily resolve our problem, walked me through the process to resolve it, and offered to come to our house on New Year's Day to fix the hopefully fix the door. Telling him to celebrate the holiday with his family, he scheduled an appointment with us for the afternoon of the 2nd. He arrived on time, analyzed the problem, and offered us several options to fix the door, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. Andrew exemplified honesty, professionalism, and transparency. Very responsive on a Saturday when a spring broke unexpectedly on our garage door. It also damaged the door that needed a repair.
