Incredible experience from start to finish! We ordered hoodies and t-shirts for our youth sports team, and SpecialTees completely exceeded our expectations. The prints came out crisp, the material was super comfortable, and Victor was awesome to work with--super responsive and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. The fact that they're a local business and hand-delivered the order made it feel even more personal. Highly recommend! read more

Victor and team overdeliver! I couldn't believe how much they can actually customize and at a premium quality. Reasonably priced, outstanding value - literally the best. I will be talking to our local little league about getting one of the free online stores they offer so that organizations can sell their merch. HIDDEN GEM!! Would give 100 stars if I could. read more

SpecialTees has provided amazing service for many, many years for our robotics team at Churchville-Chili. The free delivery to us in Rochester is incredibly helpful; these guys have even delivered shirts to us directly to a competition! We love the clothing options and quality, and the transparent communication is always appreciated. Love SpecialTees! read more

Not super pleased. The staff doesn't seem eager for business and is not particularly friendly. We put in a large order (hundreds of dollars), and sizes were off along with misspellings. They were also ambiguous about when things would be ready and other details. read more

My second order included several hundred dollars worth of Adidas sweatshirts with our logo, and vehicle decals & magnets for our new truck. Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don't do mock-ups or assist with anything at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard. I have worked with printing companies in marketing nationwide for over 15 years. This is awful customer service! You can absolutely find a company that will treat you and your business better.

However when I went to purchase it , I was told it was priced incorrectly ( by 10.00 ). I was also purchasing several items which would of made my total bill over a hundred dollars. But let's get back to the sweatshirt..... when I asked if he would honor the price it was ticketed , the most rudest man behind the counter said ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I explained that I felt since it was ticketed that price , he should honor it. ... well he just got even nastier and said he was going to refund me everything. I just can't believe his business sense or should I say lack of. Besides he doesn't sell authentic Cortland apparel for the prices he wants to charge. Do yourself a favor and go to the school store. Better quality and much nicer staff!

I waited maybe a minute and a the nice gentleman scanned my package and explained I would get an email shortly. Super easy. I learned this store offers so many services, Shredding Printing Notary Mailbox delivery They even make lawn signs and big heads.

The atmosphere of the other employees was friendly too. It is convenient and so is the parking. Easy to get in and out. It's not a huge UPS so if you have to wait...be patient. Great customer service is not always speedy.

City Blue Imaging gave us a quote and even offered a discount because we were students! They really worked with us to get what we needed and I could not have asked for better customer service. For $40 we were able to get a quality 3x4' engineering print of a research poster within a few hours. It was far cheaper than any other store around the area (especially including Staples and Kinkos which cost about $70+). Thanks City Blue Imaging! It was a pleasure doing business with you!
