We scheduled the initial evaluation and never looked back, I should have gotten around to this sooner. Today was our last session with Holly as we are transitioning to the public school system and will be utilizing their resources. I know our kiddo will always have a place with Holly if our needs change in the future. She's been at PediaPlex for approximately 3 years at this point and we are happy with all the staff and services she's gotten so far. The therapists have always been professional and eager to listen to any concerns my husband and I may have. Everyone works together as a team for the best interest of each child. We will continue driving the 40 minute drive 4 days a week to PediaPlex because it's working great for my daughter. When deciding on a therapy center it's important to realize you are part of the team working together for the best outcome. Communication and realistic expectations are essential for any type of therapy at any center to be successful.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. If I have any issues or concerns about goals or struggles that my son is having, they make suggestions for exercises that we can do at home, they work in tandem with his doctors orders/requests, and they are always positive! *I recommend Beelieve to all of my mom friends, even if you're just looking for an evaluation to see where your child is at, or you have some questions I would give them a call. Strongly disliked our experience with Dr. Wooten, and I truly regret not trusting my instincts from…read morethe very beginning. Honestly, I should have canceled after her assistant first called to reschedule our appointment so Dr. Wooten could attend a political event for her senate campaign. That alone should have been a red flag--but unfortunately, it wasn't the last time her priorities felt misplaced. During our visit, she seemed more interested in discussing her political ambitions than focusing on my child. After the first appointment, my husband and I only continued because we were led to believe she could help with behavioral therapy for our son's aggression. That turned out to be completely misleading. At our second visit, she actually cut the appointment short so she could use the restroom before another political meeting. Again, our time--and more importantly, our child's care--felt secondary. Then came the testing. Her assistant repeatedly assured me that she had verified with our insurance and that we would only be responsible for a co-pay. I even questioned whether to proceed, since the testing could cost up to $1,300 out of pocket and we were not seeking any diagnosis--just help with behavior. We were reassured enough to move forward, believing we'd receive actual support afterward. Instead, at the follow-up, Dr. Wooten diagnosed my FOUR-year-old with ADHD and immediately began pushing medication. When I declined, she responded by saying my child would be disliked by teachers and peers and labeled if we didn't medicate him. That was not only inappropriate, but frankly alarming. There were no alternative strategies offered--no behavioral therapy, no guidance--just repeated pressure to medicate. When I asked about the therapy we were initially told she could provide, she dismissed us, saying she couldn't help because he "only" has ADHD. Her only other "solution"? Purchase pre-recorded videos she made in 2020 for hundreds of dollars. To make matters worse, after all of this, I was informed by her assistant that we would not just owe a co-pay as promised, but instead over $800. This directly contradicted everything I had been told beforehand. At that point, it felt less like a mistake and more like deliberate misinformation. I left this experience feeling frustrated, misled, and honestly sick over the financial strain it has put on my family--all while trying to do the right thing for my child. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere for care.

My dealings with Sandy, Nita, Rachel and Nico were outstanding! They always made me feel like they'd known me forever! Nico is the hardest working maintenance man I've ever seen and while it was my Mom's decision not to go there it had nothing to do with the facility or staff. This decision had to be made by her and at the end of the day she chose a location with a larger footprint for the room. I will say however that if things don't work out I won't hesitate to move her to FM. I appreciate all the time they spent with me and highly recommend them.

No therapist has ever been able to hold my kid's attention like Mrs. Rainey. The amazing thing about her too is that she's a consultative guide for the parents. We get homework that's based on our child's needs and personality, which is a plus. She knows the science behind speech but she gets to know the person and doesn't have a cookie-cutter approach because let's be honest, our kiddos aren't cookie-cutter themselves. Words cannot express how thankful we truly are her; my child literally is growing by leaps and bounds.
