Our appointment was at 1:00 PM, and my children were in the dental chairs by 1:04 PM. Heather was incredibly sweet with them. It was my son's first time at the dentist, and even though he was scared and cried a little, she was very gentle and explained every step before starting a procedure. The doctor was also very soothing and took the time to explain the importance of brushing and flossing. My kids were so excited to receive a surprise toy and get to pick out their own toothbrushes. Five stars all the way! Our daughter actually looks forward to her appointments and looks forward to the fun atmosphere there. Upon leaving, kids get a token to use in an oversized gumball machine for a bouncy ball and she comes home with a new toothbrush that she chooses herself. The space is well lit and there are televisions throughout to entertain the young patients. All of the staff are friendly and try their best to make the children feel welcomed and are cheerful toward them. The staff is also efficient and honors very closely appointment times we have set in the past. Checkout is a breeze and future appointment are set based on what best works for you and your schedule. Whatever questions you may have are addressed and explained in easy to understand terms. Well done!

Going to the dentist can be ominous but it has been a totally pain-free experience at Barkoff Dental, very "chill environment" and I am no longer anxious about going to the dentist. The staff there is wonderful, the office is immaculate and the vibe is friendly and caring. In my first call to schedule, I spoke with Julianne, the patient coordinator, and she was so wonderful and super-supportive. Nothing is a problem there; the office is very accommodating. Initially suggested that all treatment here covered by insurance but, received invoices in mail. Cosmetic shortcoming that I could live with, but this added financial burden keeping me aware several nights. Me and my family will never go back there again.
