Ann is a hidden gem in the Westside beauty industry. Getting semi permanent brows was and is a big decision for me as it should be. Ann totally gets that. She is patient, precise and a good listener. Brows are not one-size-fits all. She measured (boy did she measure!) for symmetry; for what will compliment my face shape and age; and explained things along the way. I wasn't really sure where to get the permanent brows by anyone at first I was very skeptical and because I am very scare about the pain but Anna is having such a good hand and she is very careful about the shape and size to make sure it look good and perfect match for my face. she made sure you happy with it then she works on it. no pain!!! So comfortable and clean office and am very happy with Anna because the work got done so natural and she is very patience with her work and the healing process is nothing like scar and peeling no infection too. I got my eyebrows microbladed by Anna and I love them! My eyebrows were ok before but I wanted them a little thicker and darker (they are blonde) and a little closer together. Anna took her time to map out where the placement would be. She had a grid across my forehead and used a protractor like device to get the perfect placement. After I agreed to the design Anna numbed my brows so I did not feel a thing during the process, I actually fell asleep for a little while. The end result was great.
