LLD in turn referred me to Western Reserve Group. Since filing a claim with them I have not received a call back nor e-mail from their insurance adjuster or anyone. I have reached out calling 4 times ("not in" and left messages) and 5 e-mails with no returned correspondence whatsoever. LLD I feel is a culpable Agent and would be well advised to capitalize an ethical insurance underwriter rather than the Western Reserve Group.
