I must say that I have to pay homage to these cookies. Awesome is my one word description. It looks like a huge scoop of dough. My understanding is that they actually cook them in a muffin tin. You can order them online and have them shipped! Even if you aren't able to make it to Evansville, you at least need to go online and order some of these cookies! There were lots of kids at our wedding who liked being able to go around to different areas. There was also plenty of room for our photo booth. We had a band who set up their own equipment and that worked great for us. Plenty of room for a dance floor. The food was amazing - we had fried chicken and BBQ. Loved it. Since we had a lot of out of town guests we hired a bus to take them to the reception and back. Worked out great. A huge pro, which was also partially luck, was that we were able to start setting up decorations, table numbers, etc. the Thursday before our wedding. We wouldn't have been able to do that if there had been an event Friday, but some places won't let you in until the day of your event anyway. It's really nice to be able to get a head start so the day itself isn't so hectic. It's available if you need it, but Mike is generally fine with you bringing in a lot of your own stuff, with the obvious exception of food.
