Most of the faculty were knowledgeable in the field and had a lot to share. So for learning a skillset I would give Southwest acupuncture college a solid "B" letter grade. I was given what I needed to be able to A) perform the job well and B) pass national and state board exam requirements to be licensed. BUT, these things alone do not put food on the table. In other words, I would have liked to have had more of: 1) Training in how to start and grow a business (one class in the last semester did not suffice) 2) More resources available for job placement help after graduating. I now live in Austin Texas and the program here "AOMA" is much better at helping their alumni to succeed after investing years and money into their program.
