We were breaking a lease to relocate, so I had to have the house "market ready". I ended up not having to pay the quoted price because of how clean it was when they got there. HONEST, they are honest and won't overcharge you. They quickly went to work and were done in no time. If I were still in Fayetteville, I think I would have them in for a biweekly or monthly cleaning. Do not hesitate to call Eva. If they miss anything, they quickly correct it. What a real joy. Thank you ladies. I will remember your wonderful personalities for a long time. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this cleaning company. I scheduled an estimate, but…read morethey canceled last minute, using the excuse that "my child has to go to the doctor." While I understand that emergencies happen, the lack of communication was unacceptable. They didn't reply to any of my messages for weeks, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued as a potential customer. My time is limited and important. They claim to be a cleaning company with multiple employees, but if that were true, someone should have been available to show up for the estimate. This has led me to believe that they may not be a legitimate business, but rather a one-person operation. It really seems like this company operates on a whim, which is definitely not how to run a business.Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
