Paid $100 to have truck waxed. Terrible job. Watch the young man do it. Took him an hour which included the 30 minutes he was talking with his friend doing nothing. Paid $110 for a hand wash. The guys washed half the truck, didn't wash the wheels, didn't wash the running boards, didn't vacuum the backseat. I've been there several times hoping it would get better but every time it gets worse. This place is all about volume not quality. If you want a good car wash I would recommend finding another place or doing it yourself and saving $110. read more

I spent $30 and gave a $10 tip, when I got home and opened my hatchback it had not even been vacuumed. The rest of the car was barely. vacuumed. Console not touched and I cleaned it out. Dust in dashboard. Not sure if they did anything other than run through wash. read more

This place use to very good. Now, their services has gone down hill. I personally believe it due to the dude that calls himself the manager. Big guy. If he doesn't take pride I in his work the employees will not as well. Had my truck washed and when I was instructed to depart there was still soap all over it. The rinse cycle is not long enough to rinse the vehicles adequately. Plus, I had to remind the dude to dry the soapy mirrors and apply the tire shine since I paid for it. I normally am not the person to post reviews but I am highly dissatisfied with how my car turned out. For the amount paid, my interior does not even look as if it was touched or vacuumed as it was suppose to be. Additionally, after the wash the exterior of my car still had dirt attached to it to where I had to ask them to actually wipe my car down and get it off and it is still unclean. I had to show them by licking my finger and swiping it across as an example that the dirt could be easily removed. read more

Based on a recommendation I went to Sparkling Image Car Wash, asked for a full detail. It was pricey. Too pricey for the detail job they did. It definitely was washed and vacuumed out. Other than that I can't really tell that anything else was done. I took a Lysol wipe and wiped down the filthy door jams. I got my car washed on 5/14/21 at the Pensacola location on Palafox St. They did a terrible job. My car did not look like it had even been vacuumed. My windows were still smudged on the inside as well. This was the third time I had used Sparkling Image Car Wash and was not satisfied with their work. I just thought it was a bad day. My son told me he quit using them 2 months ago because they did not clean his truck at all! I do not recommend this company at all. read more

I hate it there because I got a Tesla and I took it to get washed. So I come back and get it my flash drive is broken in half so I can't see if someone fit my car and things like that. My wife and I bring our vehicles there about every two or three months for a full service wash, etc. This last time I noticed later that my dash was still dusty. I assume a dry cloth was used. I'm dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning, particularly when the cost exceeds $30. I should've paid greater attention before leaving, but I shouldn't have to. I've been using Sparkling Image Car Wash on 9th Avenue for over 15 years. The past two times I've been there they've left my wheels FILTHY!!! Today I purchased a new wash package - $107.45. When my car was obviously not cleaned properly I complained and said I would NOT ACCEPT it in that condition. They not only DID NOT clean the wheels, the MANAGER CALLED ME A LIAR AND TOLD ME TO GET OFF HIS PROPERTY! If you're satisfied with shoddy, half-ass work this is the place for you. If you, like me, expect a business to perform as promised STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They are rude, do poor work and will not refund your money if you're not satisfied. I thought they were going to do a good job when I first arrived but when I showed them what I wanted done to my car, they said give it about two days there. I was confused as to why but about 3weeks later after marking angry phone calls to them and going there to pick up my car, it wasn't even there. About a month later they called and when I went to get it it looked worse than it did before and I saw what appeared to be shit in the back seat. Horrible service read more

On 20 Jul 19 I brought our 2014 Yukon to get washed and vacuumed at the Sparkling image on 9th ave. The next day my wife noticed some scratches on the hood. As I got closer to the car I realized it wasn't just one scratch... It looks like someone took sandpaper to the hood. these scratches extended onto the roof all the way to the back of the car. It was obviously done by the machine somehow. On Monday I stopped at the car wash and showed the assistant manager what had happened. He was very pleasant and professional but denied that the damage could have happened at the car wash and said it was probably sun damage. It did happened at the car wash and it was obviously not sun damage... The sandpaper scratches were not there the day before. He gave me the number to corporate which I called. They transferred me to customer service... which goes right to voice mail. I then tried to email corporate which got returned due to a bad email address on their website. So now I have to make an insurance claim for the $1600 in damage to my Yukon and I'm out $500 for my deductible. Not impressed with Sparkling image and will never be a customer again. read more
