I just visited with the Manager and was issued a refund for the extra credit card charge. He also supplied a detail service. I updated my review because even though I had a bad initial experience, Sparkling Image was able to quickly find the issue and correct the problem. I appreciate that they want their customers to be happy with the service provided and took steps to correct the issue. Furious!!! I paid to have my seats cleaned because kid had spilled some cola. That service plus the car wash came out to be $90.51. $50 for seat cleaning, $19.99 car wash, and $15 interior dressing (spraying shine on dash). I just found an additional charge on my credit card for $74.54 that I did not sign for. I didn't have any other service. WTF!!! I have my receipts. One receipt for the wash/seat cleaning and a 2nd receipt for buying a bottle of water and air freshener. That was $7.60. I'm disputing the fraudulent charge. I have used this particular car wash for about 4 yrs-a faithful customer. Love the customer service, the store is clean and well organized. Today (Sunday Aug 8 25), you lost a customer. As pulled in to have my car washed, I asked the young lady if a full detail was available, since it was a Sunday - the store was short staffed. No biggie. I go inside to pay, and guess what, the customer in front of is getting a full detail car wash. Um.... so I step up and if I can get one, sure no problem. Then the lady I had initial spoken to, walks in and starts to charge me the $45.00, I said the young man I just talked to said I could get a full detail, she goes and talks to the guy, and she comes back, and she says no we are under staff. Mad- a little- did the other guy get his full detail? It is the third time I have brought my and my girlfriend car for an oil, filter and coolant change services. Armando is super precessional, friendly, and careful; he explained the whole process in detail, unlike other places where they harass you to add services and hide the price útil you pay. The cleaning (detailers) was likewise professional and friendly from start to finish. If you are looking for affordable, top quality services, I recommend this place. I gifted my husband a truck detail for his birthday, but however we were disappointed with our service. I spent $120 on a hand wash but the truck is still not up to expectations. The manager did have someone re wipe it but cup holders still had food crumbs in it and there were so many missed spots on the outside and just looked dull. We dropped the truck off at 10am and was told to pick up at 2pm well 2pm turned into 4:00pm pickup then 4:30pm (when we arrived) and it still wasn't ready or started on and was finally finished at 5:30pm. Someone called and said they had been calling us for one hour because it was ready (but she didn't know we had just left from checking on it and was next door eating so they were trying to save their tail). This is simply a great place. I have been going there since 2005 and the quality of their service has actually gotten better throughout the years. I am on my third Honda Accord with no mechanical issues and on my second Accord I put close to 200k miles. Went here on a Saturday. Used the 'wash & go' lane. 28 minutes later I was still waiting to get into the wash building. Being forced to sit there was intentional by the staff doing the full service wash. They would complete a car and then stage it in a way to block the wash & go lane from moving. When another car entered the building, they would then stage another car in front of the one they last staged. They repeated this over and over and those us in the wash & go could not move at all. I finally go pissed and used my car to inch forward little by little and when one of those ass-holes tried to block me, I got close enough that they backed off fearing they would damage the car they were working with. When I finally entered the machine, I noticed the car which was right behind me in the wash & go was now 5 cars behind because of the crappy staff blocking everyone. Instead of drying down the car and cleaning the interior, the lead in the gray shirt named Anthony and the rest all decided to make fun of and make disrespectful comments about my brother with special needs. On top of that he did not care to apologize after we brought this to his attention. They left the car dirty with trash, did not wipe the interior, and they left a dirty rag inside of the car! BEWARE!!! They are the biggest group of liars they kept asking me for extra services one of them was a free top off of coolant if I gave a 5 star review I didn't need any coolant but because I'm not well versed in cars I said ok. Well a few hours later the hose burst and my car overheated while picking up my children from school. When I called them to let them know they said they would send someone out in 15 mins. Well 15 mins turned into 1.5 hours and when they discovered it was the hose the guy said he would get a part from autozone and come back. Sometime later sparkling image calls and tells me that they are not responsible and that it was probably cracked before! Huh?! This has never ever happened and complete false and I've only gotten my oil changed at the Infiniti dealership and at this location. The young kids that are drying off the cars do not care and they sit there and laugh and do a real bad job. I had to have my car re-washed two times on Wednesday, March 6. Signed up for Best Wax Detail. Exterior wash was good, interior clean was sub par. Crumbs in cracks and needed to be vacuumed again by the detail guy. Not sure why because the car went through three different teams - vacuum and hand dry and window cleaning and nobody noticed that the floors were still dirty and the back of the SUV wasn't even touched. Lots of employees standing around and not very busy so I'm not sure why I had to have them clean it twice. Manager stopped to check with me on the detail, I told him that the inside was terrible and he just said ok and walked away. Paid $70 for a less than mediocre job. Not impressed and won't return. If I could give this car wash zero stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE! I ended up going to this car wash establishment without checking yelp reviews first (something I almost never do, but because I was so busy and it's located so close to where I live, I decided to go on a whim) - worst decision ever. On my way home after my car wash, I noticed a scratch on the passenger side window. It looked like a crack on my window, but my uncle then told me that it actually looked like scratches to my tints. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and upset because my 2018 SUV was just purchased less than 2 months ago (brand new with no damages!). I called the car wash when I got home and spoke to one of the managers, Ryan. Ryan told me that he didn't know what could have caused the scratches because they use microfiber towels and aren't allowed to wear jewelry. He also told me he would check cameras and to call him back in a few days for a follow up. Fast forward to today, I spoke to another manager, Jason, who seemed careless. He apparently didn't hear about my case, proceeded to put me on hold for about 4 mins, and stated that the cameras were reviewed and found nothing. He also told me that I probably had the scratches before the car wash and didn't notice. I call BS! To conclude, absolutely nothing was done on this businesses' behalf to try and rectify the situation except a lousy "sorry" and "it's not our fault" attitude. I have been going to this carwash for over 15 years for my oil changes and I have never had such a bad customer service experience. I had a dispute regarding what type of oil I wanted in my car vs. What was actually used . It's how the situation was handled that i have issue with. The Assistant Manager Bruce was called over and instead of introducing himself and asking what the issue was he approached me pointing his finger and saying" Are you the guy?" After disagreeing on what type of oil I wanted in my vehical he rambled on about why would he lie...he dosen't produce or sell oil and that he didnt care if I put "dirt" in my car for that matter. I asked him if the $20 or so difference in the price was worth losing 2 loyal customers ( my wife and I ) and he just stared at me. A complete and utter lack of professionalism. Want a quick car wash? This is NOT the place for it. There are multiple vehicles lined up to get washed and there is currently one car in the overhang where they wipe down the cars interior and so forth. I get my cars washed at a similar business in Tampa and they have several employees taking care of customers and multiple guys vacuuming/wiping interior before the wash. AND they have multiple employees on the other end, ready to dry and dress the vehicles. This business could run more efficiently if they had more employees at the front and back end. I've waited for 35 min and my car hasn't even been through the wash. Hey management, want to bring in more money? Hire more employees to get more cars in through the day. The Tampa business averages 500 washes on a good/busy day. And do a pretty damn good job too. read more

In town on business needed my truck washed. Ordered the Full Service number two for $23.99. All in all it was a half assed job. I would've been just as good to take it through an automatic wash and vacuum it myself. When they told me my car is ready the guy simply checked my ticket to be sure thatthat I had paid and didn't even walk over to the car with me to make sure everything was good. I pointed out, to a different person several spots that needed attention which they obliged. Even the parts that needed attention got a piss poor redo. I have been coming here for a few years now and usually would have a good experience! Sometime last month I went to get my car washed and only needed a quick wash due to not having enough time to wait. I pulled up and was greeted quickly. The employee was talking on his ear piece and helping me at the same time. Which I didn't mind. I asked for the quick $18 wash and then I drove in and got my car washed. It was quick and fast. No issues. I noticed about an hour later that I was charged $31.94. I quickly called and spoke with one of the managers Anthony. I explained to him what happened and he apologized and said that I can come back today(same day the issueand he can give me a full refund or I can just come back and get my car washed for what I paid. I stated to him that I can come back and get my car washed. There's no need to get a refund if I'll be coming back. He gave me the name of 3 other mangers just Incase he's not there when I go. I came by today to get my wash and Anthony was there. I refreshed his memory per our conversation and he remembered then said that I had to come back 5 days after my visit so I can actually get my wash. That's something that was not stated to me per our phone conversation. I stated to him that was not explained because if it was stated to me I would've came back and gotten a refund due to the fact that I knew I was not going to be back in 5 days. His response was " I'm 100% sure I told you that". I repeated myself again letting him know that was not explained to me and he just didn't care! So I just walked out. I don't think I've ever given a business a 1-star rating, however this one, I'm giving them 2-stars only because some of their staff was kind. Don't be fooled though, the quality I received was 1-star!!! I paid $150, and that's with a discount for my small 4-door sedan to be detailed. First off, I will be competely honest, my car was dirty and smelled when I brought It. It was dirty bc I had lent it out to someone who didn't take care of it. I almost cried when they told me how much it would be to clean it. But I bit the bullet bc I wanted my car to be clean!!! First note, they didn't even hit the trunk. That trunk wasn't touched. Apparently, neither was any of the roof area of the car. They didn't clean my sunroof. They left the sun visors filthy.... They only required a simple wipe, which I did when I got home. But that's not the point. I paid a great deal of money... These things should've been done. The windows were left with cloudy streak marks that I had to re-clean in order to drive and see. The tint on the windows is now bubbling where it wasn't before. The glass in the back has tint that is all scratched up. On top of this, they left my seats soaking wet.... I mean I put my hand down on the seat and water came oozing out. This, of course (with windows down to air the car out) left my car smelling like a dirty wet towel. It smelled worse than when I had brought it. They broke the clock area on the dashboard. They also broke off the little lever to open my trunk. To make matters worse, the broken piece was left hidden under the car mat. So I called the manager. I told him I live an hour away. He told me to bring the car back. I told him why do I have to bring my car back for you to do it the right way. It should've been done right the first time. He blamed me saying I should've put my windows down to let the car air out. Mind you, no one told me to do that, but I contain some common sense within myself to have thought to do that already. He also basically said I was lying about the damages to my car. I don't have time to argue with small minded individuals. So instead of bringing my car back in to argue on my word vs. their word, I'm writing this review to save all of you yelpers from being conned into their trickery and from stealing from you and damaging your property. Do NOT go here!!! AFTER ABOUT 2 WEEKS OF WAITING, THE REGIONAL MANAGER STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED ME REGARDING THIS EXPERIENCE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
