I looked at the price that was on the bracelet. I wanted it said $375. I went up to the register to pay for the bracelet before putting it on and the young woman did the transaction and never gave me a receipt. When I saw my credit card bill, she charged me $575.. I called the store and she answered and said oh well that's the price even though I explained to her I saw the price said $375. Buyer beware

Never have I left this store empty handed! There is so much to look at, to take in, so just take your time making your way around the cases in the perimeter and the center. Then take a second lap! So many necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, jewelry adorned with gem stones, gold, silver, bronze - they have it all. The customer service is exceptional. They provide whatever level of assistance you seek and they also let you browse at your own pace, if that is your preference. Many items can be customized whether it's size, stone or if you want help designing a piece. Yesterday I fell in love with a station necklace, evenly paced stones and seed pearls in various Autumnal colors. As soon as I put it on, I knew I wasn't taking it off! The price point of $60 meant I didn't even have to think about it. There was a also a pair of long, curved silver earrings that I loved. At $245 I'm going to think about them and see if I can't let go of the idea of owning them. LOL. Fortunately, their jewelry is available online so if I decide to buy them for myself for Christmas, I can do so without leaving my home. During COVID they are using all precautionary measures. Hand sanitizer required and provided when you enter, wearing your mask. They are limiting the number of customers and using hands free check out, sanitizing between customers.

Hand forged from sterling silver, many pieces have turquoise and or rosarita (red colored) stones inlaid. Definitely a soohistboho vibe. She makes earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings. I particularly love the silver feather earrings, they really stand out and can be worn daily or to dress up an outfit. Also love the earrings that feature an eagle. And anything with turquoise, my favorite color and stone! Wild Heart Wares has a booth at the Hood River Farmers Market where you can see her jewelry up close, talk with the designer, and try things on. I fell in love with a pair of turquoise inlaid earrings with sterling fringe dangling and made the mistake of not buying them right then and there. Came back the next week and they were gone. I showed Kim the picture I had thankfully taken, and she said that in January, when things are slower, she will do a custom order. Kim is delightful and has so much passion about her craft and the beauty all around us. If you love sterling silver and nature inspired pieces, definitely visit this booth at the Hood River Farmers Market Saturdays 9-1pm. There is also a website so you can purchase jewelry 24/7.

A variety of necklace lengths and styles; lots of long and dangly earrings; and bracelets and rings round out the offerings in several cases throughout the boutique. The clothing is just as exquisite and individualized. Lovely pieces that you won't find anywhere else. I fell in love with a midi length dress in warm earth tones of gray blue and golden browns. So bummed they didn't have my size! Instead I opted for a black crochet sweater made in Italy. The style was unique; oversized with fitted half sleeves, tunic length, boxy yet somehow managed not to look like a big sack! It actually flattered a women's curvy shape. The day I visited was the annual tree lighting known as Imd Dreaming if a White Salmon Christmas - don't you just love that! The shops were open and offering lots of sales. This gorgeous sweater was 50% off plus another 10% off for the sale so for just $45 I have a gorgeous and functional addition to my wardrobe. Christine was working that night and she was super friendly, welcoming and helpful offering objective opinions as I was trying on various items. Christine made all of the beautiful macrame pieces hanging in the shop, some 10 feet long. They add a texture to a space without competing with anything in a room. I'm now dreaming of a white macrame wall hanging for Christmas! Definitely visit this shop right in the heart of White Salmon nestled between restaurants and other boutiques. So many wonderful items in one place!
